ODIM Guatemala (The Organization for the Development of the Indigenous Maya) offers competent and compassionate medical and educational services to the people of San Juan and San Pablo on Lake Atitlan. The 40 employees of ODIM run two family medicine clinics, 5 health education programs (diabetes, nutrition, women's health are the largest), a student scholarship program, a home construction program, and host medical and construction teams throughout the year. Medical Clinic Administrator
The clinic administrator is responsible for the smooth operation of the two ODIM family medicine clinics. This entails care of staff, effective coordination of volunteer medical teams and management of medicines and supplies. The person who will work with ODIM in this capacity will be one of four main leaders i the organization and will report to and work closely with the Executive Director and a team of leaders.
Program Administrator Overall responsibility is to supervise and support 4 full-time coordinators who oversee 25 part-time health promoters and teachers who facilitate four community based health programs in the area of Diabetes, Women's Health, Sexual Education and Child Scholarship.
